Gaelic Language PlanCalMac Ferries Limited (CalMac) has received notification from Bòrd na Gàidhlig, in accordance with the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act of 2005 Act, requiring CalMac to submit a Gaelic Language Plan by November 30, 2009.
CalMac is proud of its long association with and service to the Gaelic communities of Scotland and is happy to play its part and make a worthy contribution to the aims of the Act.
The Plan updates an interim plan published in 2007, and reflects our desire to build on much of the aspirations set out in that document.
CalMac would be interested to hear from any individuals or organisations with comments to make about the plan.
