Caledonian MacBrayne ferry to a major islands festival has hit new heights.
CalMac were one of the supporters of this year's Hebridean Celtic Festival
(HCF), one of the leading events of its kind in Europe. The partnership has
had a double-edged effect with almost 8,900 passengers and 1,750 cars making
the return trip (Monday to Monday) from Ullapool to Stornoway for the
four-day event.
