Caledonian MacBrayne confirm adjustments to sailings
12 August 2003

Caledonian MacBrayne has confirmed the following adjustments to ferry sailings over the period of the next 24 hours to allow repairs to be effected to MV Isle of Lewis. The Stornoway to Ullapool ferry will be out of service for approximately 24 hours while the mechanical fault she suffered while entering Loch Broom this morning at approximately 0920 is repaired.

Caledonian MacBrayne apologises to customers for the inconvenience and will endeavour to have the repairs completed as swiftly as possible.

Please note the arrangements put in place to cover for the unavailability of MV Isle of Lewis. Please be advised in particular that, while there may be some changes in the vessels operating on routes, the timetables of all Oban-based routes and the Islay service, remain as scheduled. Customers with queries about their arrangements should contact Port offices in advance.
