CALMAC SUMMER TIMETABLE STARTS THIS WEEK
23 March 2009

Customers of ferry operator Caledonian MacBrayne are reminded that the Summer Timetable comes into effect on Friday March 27, 2009.

Fares increases of 3.8% will also come into force for 2009/10, as previously announced in October last year.

The fares increases apply on all services apart from routes which are part of the Road Equivalent Tariff (RET) pilot, as the "RET" rates introduced by the Scottish Government in October 2008 are effective until March 2010.

Ends.
