CalMac Guestbook
We booked a Hopscotch 23 ticket with CalMac. At every terminal we were welcomed and informed of what was happening.
Ferries sailed on time and the comfort on board was excellent.
Meals suited us perfectly and were eaten in comfort. The Captain even kept passengers informed of the wildlife as we sailed.
Top marks CalMac.
We will be doing this again.

Dear Caledonian MacBrayne

Thank you Cal Mac for a wonderful day out on MV Saturn . Captain and crew provided us with magnificent views, commentary and hospitality while aboard the vessel resulting in a truly memorable trip to view this spectacular ship. The weather could not have been better and it would seem that you even arranged for the Royal Navy to provide us with exercises with the landing ships accompanying the Flag Ship Ark Royal. Good luck to the Captain of the MV Saturn who retired in style.

There is nothing more I like than being on a Cal Mac Ferry. Have visited lots of lovely Islands including the Uists and Lewis and Harris. I cant wait for this weekend, it is Oban to Lismore. Enjoy the food and the staff are charming.

We had our first trip with Calmac last week (Ardrossan to Arran and back) and were really impressed - the staff were without exception delightful and the boat was clean and pleasant with excellent food. Top rate service!

We have recently returned from a visit to Scotland using CalMac ferries on several occasions. Each of these trips was a pleasure with the ships matching the quality of the beautiful scenery. Thank you to all of the pleasant and efficient members of staff and crews we encountered. The food on board ships was also very good.

The new service using e.mail to promote services and news from Calmac is an excellent idea.
Perhaps it will include latest info on future developments within the company, customer surveys and new ideas for discussion.

I just spent some holidays on the Isle of Skye with my sister, a friend and my niece and we took the ferry from Uig to Tarbert to explore the Isle of Harris. It was our first ferry trip in Scotland and both the service and the facilities provided on board were just great. Next year I'm coming back to explore the Outer Hebrides by bike AND with the CalMac Rover Ticket.

On holiday in Oban, myself my husband and a friend booked a tour to Iona. My husband uses a scooter, and the help and advice we received at the ferry terminal was exceptional, the man there even made sure we had front seats on the coach through Mull,a very thoughtful thing to do as my husband would not have been able to see ahead in any other seat.We were also very well treated on the ferries, making it a really memorable day. My friend and I were touring Scotland for the first time. Two of our destinations were Skye and Arran, and we got there and back via CalMac ferries. What an amazing experience! Staff were friendly and helpful, the ferries were very clean, and the views were to die for. When I return to Scotland I will definately be hopping on another CalMac ferry. Thank you!

My sisters and I went to Rothesay on the 22/2/08 with our elderly mother, and the help we received from the Cal-Mac staff was excellent. We were trying to manage without help but but the ferry staff noticed that help was needed and they provided us with a wheel chair and arranged for the same help on our return 2 days later.Full marks to the all the staff.

I have been priviledged to travel to Scotland eight times now and the greatest joy has been my travel on the Cal Mac ferries. I have been to Harris and Lewis, Arran, Mull, Iona and Skye and Orkney. Wow! I can't wait to come again and visit Tyree and Mull again. The ships are clean and the staff friendly, everything perfect. Thank you, Sandra
