Passengers Requiring Assistance

We work hard to meet the needs of all our passengers, including those with reduced mobility, those in wheelchairs and passengers (travelling with young children) who require assistance to take luggage up and down the gangway.

You can check which facilities are available at our port offices by clicking here. When practicable, assistance embarking or disembarking the ship will be available upon request. Some ships have facilities for reduced mobility passengers, e.g. a lift. Space on the car deck may be limited close to the lifts at busy periods.  To comply with safety regulations there may be a limit on the number of wheelchair users that can be carried on any particular sailing.

Please advise at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before you travel if you anticipate needing assistance when travelling with us. You can contact our Assistance Team by:

If you have booked through a travel agent or tour operator you should advise them that you will require assistance and ask that they pass this information to us.

If you have not contacted us before you travel to alert us to your needs, we cannot assure you of assistance, however, we will do our best to help.

Watch our Passenger Assistance video to find out more about our assistance team and important passenger information.
