Travel back in time at the Isle of Arran Heritage Museum
The Isle of Arran Heritage Museum is nestled in Rosaburn, just north of Brodick on the Isle of Arran. You can take a nostalgic trip back to the way the Island used to be by exploring some very well laid out original buildings - including a farmhouse, cottage, bothy, milkhouse, laundry, stable and coach house, all of which are full of hands on exhibits that reflect the social history, archaeology and geology of the island. There's also a café and shop on site too.
Visit our Arran destination page for information on how to get to Arran.
Arran Heritage Museum will re-open to the public on Wednesday 22 July 2020 and will be open everyday from 10.30 am - 4.30 pm for the rest of the summer. You will see some necessary changes the museum have had to make in order to comply with restrictions still in place due to the Covid19 pandemic but we are sure you will still be able to enjoy the museum again.
However, please be advised that all of the Special Event days for this season have been cancelled but they will be back in Season 2021.
