Valid from 19 October 2020 - 25 April 2021
Following discussion with Transport Scotland, our Winter timetable has been extended to 25 April, with Summer Timetable commencing 26 April 2021. This is in response to the First Minister confirming that Covid-19 restrictions will continue to be in place until at least April.
Thursday 15 - Sunday 25 April
An amended timetable will operate from 15 April - 25 April. The amended timetable is in response to a major failure of the port engine with MV Loch Seaforth operating the Ullapool - Stornoway route. It is expected that the MV Loch Seaforth will be out of service until at least the end of April to allow the engine issue to be thoroughly investigated and repaired.
As a result, MV Lord of the Isles will operate a combined Lochboisdale and Castlebay service. Please see amended timetable here.
Check-in is 45 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 30 minutes for foot passengers - otherwise space will be reallocated. Late check-in may also lead to the vehicle being refused carriage.
Food and Drink - A phased reopening of our food and drink offering is now available on some of our routes and options will vary depending on the vessel.
If you require to be tested for Covid19 and live on an island, please request a home testing kit or visit the local island testing facility if this is available. If you live on the mainland, please arrange to visit a local testing centre. Don't travel on the ferry and stay at home if you feel unwell or if anyone in your household is experiencing coronavirus symptoms.
Please ensure you take the time to read all our latest travel guidelines and safety information prior to your journey. Customers are reminded to wear a face covering when travelling with us on the ferry, and at our port offices, unless exempt.
