This has been one of the most challenging periods in CalMac's history.The unprecedented storms of January and February were followed by a global pandemic that saw our lifeline services prove their worth. Serving our customers throughout has been a privilege. During lockdown our amazing frontline staff worked to make sure that the communities remained connected with the mainland. Making sure vital supplies were made available and so that the island businesses were able to send and receive deliveries.

Not to mention our amazing Customer Services Team who worked hard to process thousands of refunds. At the same time as answering customers questions on essential travel via phone, e-mail and social media. Giving customers first-class customer service as always.
