We will be running additional sailings for visitors travelling to and from Islay's Fèis Ìle in May and June 2024, following consultation with local communities, and other routes will be temporarily impacted as a result. Please see full timetable details here.

Tidal Amendments - We will be operating amended timetables between Mallaig and Armadale due to low tides and in some occasions daylight hours on certain dates throughout Summer 2024. Click here for more information.

Planning ahead - Book your ticket online before in advance of travel - even if you're a foot passenger. When you book online, you will immediately receive an eTicket direct to your email inbox. Each eTicket has a QR code, meaning you'll instantly be ready to board. There's no need to print at home or collect your tickets at the port, eTickets can be scanned from your device.
Travelling with a bike - If you're travelling as a foot passenger and bringing your bike, please add your bike(s) to your booking, - this means that you have more certainty about space. This ticket will remain free of charge. If you're a vehicle passenger, travelling with a bike or roof rack, please add your details when prompted in the booking platform.
Concessions and blue badge holders - Blue Badge concessions are now available online, meaning they'll be applied to your ticket. This is an alternative to visiting the port office / speaking with staff. Please continue to carry your concession card or equivalent when you travel.
Check-in is 20 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 10 minutes for foot passengers - otherwise space will be reallocated. Late check-in may also lead to refusal of carriage.
