On bookable routes it is advised to make reservations for vehicles and foot passengers in advance
On non-bookable routes there can be a long queueing time, especially during events and peak season

Arrive prior to check-in time to guarantee travel
Allow time for ticket collection / purchase
There is a 25% blue badge discount on certain routes. These can only be purchased at port offices. All other tickets can be purchased in ports. online and via the Contact Centre

Choose where to buy your ticket

Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, at the port or on board, depending on your route or your own preference.

Buy online - You can pre-purchase tickets online in advance of travel, across our routes. You'll immediately receive an eTicket direct to your inbox. Each eTicket has a QR code, meaning you'll instantly be ready to board. There's no need to print at home or collect tickets from the port, eTickets can be scanned from your device.
Buy at the port office - purchase on the day of travel or in advance. Most tickets are valid for a month.
On some small routes you can buy your ticket on-board the ferry.
