  • Request extra vehicle space if required for mobility

  • If you require a vehicle lane with lift access, please alert staff by flashing your hazard lights when waiting to board the ferry

  • There are no lifts on the small ferries, there is a passenger lounge at the car deck level

  • Assistance is dependent on crew availability

  • You can find out if the port you are travelling to/from is unmanned here

  • Our larger ferries provide assistance with stowing luggage, provide a reserved seating and have wheelchair compatible tables within the Mariners Cafeterias 

  • Accessible toilets are available on our larger ferries and some of the smaller ferries

  • Foot passengers alert staff on arrival and wait in designated assistance meeting point

  • Vehicle drivers alert staff at the ticket kiosk or upon ticket collection
