Friday at the Mod2015

CalMac Team at the Mod

It's the final Friday at the 2015 Royal National Mòd.  What a fantastic week it's been in Oban. We've witnessed high quality competition, vibrant fringe events and a real showcase for Gaelic culture and community.

We catch up with our friends from Skerryvore, who have a special announcement, and two great choirs, Atomic Piseag who performed at our CalMac Reception and Banail Throndairnis who give us a song on the MacBraynes bus.

Martin and Daniel from Skerryvore chat with us about their Mòd experiences, share the exciting news about Oban Live 2016 and the importance of CalMac Culture.

Atomic Piseag

We catch up with the ladies from Atomic Piseag, a Gaelic choir from Argyll, performing at the CalMac reception, a year on from their last CalMac performance.

Banail Throndairnis

Skye waulking group Banail Throndairnis gave us a song on the CalMac bus. Enjoy the song and the costumes!

Share the videos with your friends, or view more on our Mòd blog or via our  CalMac Ferries Ltd Youtube channel .
