What is the refund policy due to Covid-19?
We will refund the full cost of your ticket back and the £10 administration charge will be waived. This policy will be in place until 25 March 2021.
Any bookings made in the Summer 2021 timetable (26 March 2021 - 17 October 2021) will be subject to a £10 refund administration fee - unless under normal circumstances where a cancellation fee is waived e.g. disruption to service.
American Express Payments
We no longer accept American Express as a method of payment. If your booking has been paid using an American Express card, please call our contact centre on 0800 066 5000 and one of our helpful advisors will process your refund to an alternative card. Opening hours: Monday-Sunday 08:00-17:00
