What is your refund policy?

Bookings will be subject to a £10 refund administration fee - unless this is under circumstances where a cancellation fee is waived e.g. disruption to service.

American Express Payments

We no longer accept American Express as a method of payment. If your booking has been paid using an American Express card, please call our contact centre on 0800 066 5000 and one of our helpful advisors will process your refund to an alternative card.
