Customer Update - Services to and from Coll, Tiree and Colonsay
Customer Update - services to and from Coll, Tiree and Colonsay
Our services are currently being affected by a series of delays to our annual overhaul schedule and its subsequent impact on vessel deployment. As we move through this period, we will continue to share the latest information with our customers and communities on our website and social media channels. Given the nature of our plans, this will often be by on a route-by-route basis.
Services to and from Coll, Tiree and Colonsay
The delays mean that the winter timetable for the Oban-Coll/Tiree and Oban-Colonsay will continue until 7 April, and the summer timetable for the services will now begin on 8 April, on an amended timetable up to and including 3 May. The normal summer timetable is expected to begin on 4 May.
During this period, MV Lord of the Isles will remain on the Oban-Coll/Tiree and Oban-Colonsay service until 7 April and MV Clansman will operate the amended timetable from 8 April.
Our teams are now working to update our systems to reflect these changes, and will be in contact with those customers affected. We appreciate your patience while we do this.
We are working closely with communities and customers to ensure priorities continue to be understood and to support the movement of essential services and goods on and off the island.
We know that with no spare vessels and limited deployment options, this is a challenging period for our customers and the communities we serve. We have said this in the preceding weeks, and the sentiment remains as strong - we are sorry for the effect this is having on you. Our team's focus continues to be on resuming a normal service as quickly as possible. We will continue to share the latest information we have with you.
