Kinloch Castle

Kinloch Castle - NEW

Explore extravagant and quirky Kinloch Castle, an amazing time capsule of Edwardian life on the beautiful Isle of Rum in the Small Isles. Rum is the largest of the archipelago group of islands that make up the Small Isles, with beautiful mountain and coastal scenery, great walks and rich wildlife. Rum is also an important natural heritage site and includes 17 nationally important ancient monuments.

The castle is a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal along a flat unsealed road and is a real must see and a definite highlight when visiting Rum. Tours are timed to be between ferry times and last around 45 minutes, starting from the steps at the front of the castle.
