Monday 26 April - Tuesday 17 May*
Due to a technical issue, elsewhere in the network the following timetable below will be operated by MV Loch Fyne.
The change to this service is in response to a major failure of the port engine with MV Loch Seaforth operating the Ullapool - Stornoway route. It is expected that the vessel will be out of service until at least 17 May to allow the engine issue to be thoroughly investigated and repaired. (*This date is subject to change and we will continue to keep our customers updated throughout.)
We know and understand the reduction of any service can be very challenging for our customers and the communities we serve, and we apologise for the inconvenience this will cause.
We'll keep customers updated throughout. If you've not already done so, download our app or follow our Twitter @CalMac_Updates so we can provide you with timely updates, with the latest information we have available. Alternatively, you can also sign up to our service status text updates.
Reservations for some routes will be temporarily unavailable for the period 5 May - 17 May whilst our systems are being updated and bookings are being rescheduled for those customers affected by the change of service.
Outwith this time period, where possible, we encourage our customers to make reservations at calmac.co.uk.
Planning ahead - Please remember that physical distancing means that our capacity is less than in 'normal' times - Plan ahead and book your ticket before travel - even if you're a foot passenger.
Please ensure you take the time to read all our latest travel guidelines and safety information prior to your journey. Customers are reminded to wear a face covering when travelling with us on the ferry, and at our port offices, unless exempt.
Please note -
Due to low tides, some sailings will be further amended in April on the following dates 28, 29 & 30 April. Click here for more information.
