MV Loch Seaforth Mezzanine Deck - Until 19 October

Due to an issue identified with MV Loch Seaforth's port mezzanine deck, it has been necessary to remove the mezzanine deck from service. This has resulted in a reduction in vehicle capacity onboard the vessel and all impacted passengers have now been contacted.

Due to the nature of the work involved to carry out repairs, this reduction will remain in place for the summer timetable period (until 19 October) with repairs scheduled for the vessels annual overhaul period.

Until Further Notice

Harbour owners, Stornoway Port Authority (SPA) have on going repairs to a technical issue with their passenger gangway at Stornoway port and it is expected to be out of service for the foreseeable future. Due to this our passengers have been asked to embark/disembark via the car deck. CalMac are working with SPA to help to facilitate the best solution for our customers during the busy summer season. 

Turn Up and Go and Bookable route online purchases. If you have purchased tickets online as a group or for any number of travel companions, for use on any of our Turn Up and Go or Bookable routes, the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to both legs of your journey. If you are unsure if all members of your group are travelling together, please complete separate transactions online.

Connecting Services - For customers using connecting services please note these services do not always guarantee a connection, particularly during times of disruption.
