Updates to our booking system
From time to time, our team need to make amendments to our booking system to move some customers from one sailing to another in the event of a disruption. Or it might be because they need to adjust the timetable / sailings in the system.
When that occurs, some sailings on certain routes will seem unavailable, and you might see this message below.
“Can’t find a suitable sailing? Please try another date. Or, are you able to travel without a vehicle?’
What this message means
This may mean that either:
- our team is working on sailings in the booking system for this route / time and it’s currently not available for bookings or amendments.
Or
- if our team are not working on sailings in the booking system, this message can also mean the date you have selected doesn’t have a scheduled sailing on this date or is fully booked.
What to do next
Our service status pages for these routes will have the latest progress of booking updates and what dates are available online – and as always will provide the latest information on the service.
