Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provide answers to many common questions about booking and travelling, including information around routes, vehicles, children, dogs, online bookings and refunds. 

We have published the next phases of our timetable for 1 July to 18 October. From 10 July, bookings will be open on a rolling 4-week period.

For example:10 July at 9am for the period 11 July - 8 August and 11 July at 9am for the period 12 July - 9 August - and so on. Read our latest customer update
