Non-service days: Due to planned vessel maintenance elsewhere on the network, no service will operate on the following dates: 7 September and 17 October.

The winter timetable is now finished for the 2025/26 season Our next winter timetable will run from 19 October 2026 - 25 March 2027. We will update customers via our website once we have a release date confirmed.

Tickets: Book your ticket online, in advance of travel, even if you’re a foot passenger. All vehicles and passengers must have a valid ticket prior to travel.
Check-in: 20 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 10 minutes for foot passengers. Late check-in may result in your space being reallocated or vehicles being refused carriage.

Concessions: Blue badge concession is available online and can be applied to your ticket. Please carry your concession card with you.
Group passengers: for tickets purchased online for any number of travelling companions the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to all legs of the journey. If you are unsure whether all group members will travel together, please make separate bookings.

Groups of 6 or more pedal cycles must inform the relevant port office in advance of travel. It should be noted that we may not be able to offer the first sailing of choice, therefore groups may not always be able to travel together.
Light goods vehicles exceeding 6 metres in length, 3.5 tonnes in weight, 3 metres in height, or 2.3 metres in width are charged at commercial vehicle rate.
