Tickets: Book your ticket online, in advance of travel, even if you’re a foot passenger. All vehicles and passengers must have a valid ticket prior to travel.
Check-in: 30 minutes for vehicles and 10 minutes for foot passengers prior to departure. Late check in may result in space being reallocated or vehicles being refused carriage.

Alternative routes to/from Mull: there are alternative routes to Mull, travelling between Kilchoan - Tobermory or Lochaline - Fishnish.
Concessions: SPT Ferry Card, SPT Companion Ferry Card and Blue badge concessions are available online and can be applied to your ticket. Please carry your concession card with you.
Campervans/Motorhomes/Caravans: At the request of Argyll & Bute Council we have been asked to advise customers that they are required to secure a pitch for their vehicle on Mull in advance of travel. Please ensure you have agreed overnight provision. Before you travel, read about the motorhomes, campervans and caravans standby process.
Travelling with a bike: if travelling as a foot passenger and bringing a bike, please add it to your transaction. The bike ticket is free of charge. If you have a vehicle travelling with a bike or roof rack, please add details when prompted during the booking process.
