An important reminder on ticket validity for Turn Up and Go routes 

As we have now commenced our summer timetable (29 March to 20 October 2024), we are keen to remind our customers on ticket validity for our Turn Up and Go routes - specifically unused single, return and journeys on 10-journey tickets.  

Turn Up and Go Tickets (returns and singles):  

As per our Terms and Conditions, any Turn Up and Go ticket purchased during the winter timetable period (up to and including 28 March 2024) is valid for the season in which it is purchased and is not valid during the summer timetable starting on 29 March. They are also non-refundable.  

10 Journey tickets  

As per our Terms and Conditions, this product is valid for the season in which it was purchased. 10-journey tickets purchased in the winter timetable period, cannot be used from 29 March 2024.  

Purchasing tickets online - For 10-journey tickets specifically, select S24 (Summer 2024) valid for use from 29 March - 20 October 2024.

Why is my single / return ticket for this Turn Up and Go route no longer valid after 28 March 2024?  

In line with our Terms and Conditions, tickets purchased for our Turn Up and Go routes are valid for use in the season in which they are purchased and are non-refundable.  

This means that if you have a ticket for one of the Turn up and Go routes purchased during the winter timetable period, they are only valid up to and including 28 March 2024. 

Can I amend my Turn Up and Go ticket prior to 28 March to allow me to use it from 29 March? 

No. It is not possible to amend your Turn Up and Go tickets. In line with our Terms and Conditions, tickets purchased for our Turn Up and Go routes are valid only for use in the season in which they are purchased.  

Can I get a refund for my Turn Up and Go ticket prior to 29 March? 

No - they are non-refundable and therefore, it is not possible to refund Turn Up and Go tickets. If you purchased a Turn Up and Go ticket in the winter timetable period, prior to 29 March, it could only be used up to and including 28 March. Customers will not be able to use their Turn Up and Go tickets purchased in the winter timetable period after this point.    

Can I amend my 10-journey ticket product if I still have tickets to use from the previous season and transfer them to the new season timetable, so it is still valid from 29 March? 

No. The 10-journey ticket product cannot be amended. In line with our Terms and Conditions, these journeys are not useable after 28 March.   

Is there a way to partially refund my 10-journey ticket? 

No. 10-journey tickets purchased on 28 March 2024 or before cannot be refunded or partially refunded.
