Harris offers a distinctive identity and landscape which is perfect for walking and wildlife enthusiasts. With a dramatic rocky and rugged landscape on the east coast, and mile upon mile of sandy beaches on the west coast, the island is truly breathtaking. If you’re seeking a challenge, climb to An Clisham, the highest peak in the Outer Hebrides, and be amazed by the magnificent views that stretch as far west as St Kilda on a clear day.
Harris can be reach directly from Uig on Skye or from Berneray in North Uist. It’s also a short drive south from the Isle of Lewis.
