When can I book under the protocol?

If you have received notification of a medical appointment with three weeks' notice or less and you are unable to book on to your required sailing, you would be eligible to use the protocol. 

If you are being discharged from hospital and are returning home from the mainland and you are unable to book on to your required sailing, you would be eligible to use this protocol.
