Tiree Music Festival: Due to a high volume of foot passengers and traffic travelling to and from the Tiree Music Festival, amended timetables will operate on Wednesday 9 - Friday 11 July & Monday 14 - Wednesday 16 July. View amended timetable.

Please note normal service operates on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 July. Sailings are now fully booked and any passenger without a booking cannot be guaranteed travel. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Livestock Sales: Due to a livestock sale, an amended timetable operates on 13 September. View amended timetable.

Ceol Cholasa Festival An amended timetable operates between Oban Colonsay and Oban Coll/Tiree on 18 September. View amended timetable.

Tickets: Book your ticket online, in advance of travel, even if you’re a foot passenger. All vehicles and passengers must have a valid ticket prior to travel.

Check-in: 45 minutes prior to departure for both vehicles and passengers - otherwise space will be reallocated. Late check-in may also lead to the vehicle being refused carriage.

Winter timetable 20 October 2025 - 26 March 2026 The Caledonian MacBrayne winter timetable is now finished for the 2024/25 season. The next winter timetables will run from 20 October 2025 through to 26 March 2026. We will update customers via our website on publication and release dates shortly.

Planning ahead:  Book your ticket online in advance of travel - even if you're a foot passenger. eTickets can be scanned from your device.  

Concessions: SPT Ferry Card, SPT Companion Ferry Card and Blue badge concessions are available online and can be applied to your ticket. Please carry your concession card with you.

Group passengers: for tickets purchased online for any number of travelling companions the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to all legs of the journey. If you are unsure whether all group members will travel together, please make separate bookings.

Campervans/Motorhomes/Caravans travelling to Tiree: Argyll & Bute Council require that campervan/motorhome owners secure a pitch for their vehicle in advance of travel to the island. Please visit the Tiree Community Development Trust for details about campsites and croft pitches. Wild camping is not permitted on Tiree with any vehicle.
