Customer Update - expected weather disruption 2 October to 5 October

Updated 3 October 2025

As communicated, an amber warning for wind remains in place – as Storm Amy is predicted to affect our network.

This means that many of our services are impacted from today (3 October) – and this is expected to also be the case for 4 October. It is likely that the effects of the disruption may still be felt on 5 October 2025 while we inspect infrastructure and reposition any vessels we need to. In some areas our port offices will also be closed or operating reduced hours.

Please continue to check the service status pages throughout the weekend – including prior to any travel you may plan towards the end of the weekend.

Below, we’ve shared details on how you can stay updated with the latest information we share on our services during the period and beyond.

Take care.
