Supplementary information

From Monday 9th May- the passenger waiting shelter at Uig Pierhead is to be demolished and will not be available for foot passengers boarding via gangway.

The following arrangements have been made and will be in place till services cease in October.

All outbound foot passengers will be asked to wait in the main Terminal and a shuttle bus will take them down to gangway on arrival of ferry.

Inbound Passengers will be advised to board the bus for transiting the pier to the main Terminal.

Arrangements for foot Passengers with accessibility problems will remain the same, with shuttle bus boarding via Linkspan allowing access to/from the upper decks via the lift.

Tarbert & Lochmaddy will advise all foot passengers boarding of procedure and vessel will broadcast a tannoy announcement prior to arrival in Uig.

Any changes to the above will be advised as works progress.

Customer Update Uig Harbour Closure

Bookings on this service for the period 10 October 2022 - 23 October 2022 are currently unavailable. This is due to Highland Council's planned closure of Uig Harbour for essential upgrades from 10 October 2022 - 27 March 2023. We have temporarily suspended bookings for the two weeks of our summer timetable which have been affected, 10 October 2022 - 23 October 2022 until alternative ferry services options for Skye Triangle routes have been finalised. If you have already made a booking with us for this period - please be assured we still have your booking and one of our team will be in touch with you to assist with alternative arrangements. Lochmaddy Car park

Due to pier works there is very limited carparking at Lochmaddy Terminal until March 2023. Where possible, we are advising customer’s not to park.
