Due to forecast strong North Easterly winds, this service is cancelled.
Customers affected by this disruption will be contacted directly by the ports.
Thursday 26 September – Wednesday 9 October
To provide additional capacity on our Arran routes, MV Lord of the Isles will remain redeployed to Islay services until Wednesday 9 October.

We have reviewed our vessel deployment options to provide a service between Oban -Lochboisdale. MV Isle of Mull will operate the following timetable:
Impacted bookings - If you have an impacted booking, we will contact you. Bookings up to and including Sunday 6 October have now been contacted and are open for bookings. New bookings and amendments between Monday 7 October – Wednesday 9 October are currently closed while our teams contact impacted customers.

Following a review of small vessel deployments and to avoid berthing clashes in Mallaig, the following timetable amendments are in place:
Depart Lochboisdale - 10:00 (Delayed 09:40)
Arrive Mallaig - 13:30
Depart Mallaig - 14:20 (Delayed 14:00)
Arrive Lochboisdale - 17:50
Winter timetable
Bookings for the period 21 October 2024 – 4 January 2025 are now open. An update on bookings for the period 5 January 2025 – 27 March 2025 will be provided on Wednesday 9 October. Full details in our customer update.

A82 Glengarry Castle, Nighttime Road Closure
Sunday 10 to Thursday 14 November
BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, will undertake essential resurfacing works on the A82 Glengarry castle.
The A82 trunk road will be closed in both directions each night from the evening of Sunday 10 November to the morning of Thursday 14 November.
The road will be closed each night between 20:00pm to 06:00am. Amnesty periods will be in place when work will be temporarily suspended and vehicles escorted through site, at the following times: 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 2am and 4am. The road closure will be removed out with working hours, however a 30mph speed limit and warning signs will remain in place. Access through the works site for emergency services will be always maintained.
Turn Up and Go and Bookable route online purchases. If you have purchased tickets online as a group or for any number of travel companions, for use on any of our Turn Up and Go or Bookable routes, the full party must travel on the same sailing. This applies to both legs of your journey. If you are unsure if all members of your group are travelling together, please complete separate transactions online.
