Advanced Passenger Information

You can now input your boarding card information online at the time of booking. To make your check-in process faster, this Advance Passenger Information (API) will now be gathered when you make your booking online. Your boarding cards will then be printed along with your tickets and be ready for you to collect on the day of travel, removing the need for individual boarding cards to be hand-written at the port before you board the vessel.

The required information will now be prompted for during the booking process, so please make sure that you have the following information to hand for each person travelling before you start the online booking process:

•Surname, Initials and Title


•Date of Birth

•Assistance required in case of Emergency

The above information will also be asked for if making a booking by telephone or in person at a port office.  These details are required in order to comply with the Merchant Shipping (Counting and Registration of Persons on Board Passenger Ships) Regulations 1999.  Please note that it is an offence to provide false information.
