Do I need to be able to evidence that my journey is essential?
Passengers who wish to make essential journeys do not need to provide proof that a journey is essential.
However, we will also be asking passengers to confirm that they are travelling in line with Scottish Government travel restrictions, which are now law. If passengers cannot confirm they are doing so, then they will be unable to travel and we cannot accept a booking.
We ask that those customers who need to travel check and follow the latest nationwide guidelines and the specific local measures where you live. Visit gov.scot website or use the Scottish Government postcode checker to check and understand the restrictions.
