Can I amend bookings that I have made by telephone?


If you have let our customer advisors know that you are a registered customer when you make the booking, your booking will then display in your account under current bookings.

If you are unable to amend the booking online, you can still amend by telephone or in person at a port office.

If the amend booking option is not available online, view FAQ below.
