I have a valid saved card in my account. Why am I still unable to amend my booking online?


You will be unable to amend your booking online if the first leg of your journey has passed or your journey will begin within 4 hours. 

The booking may also contain details that can only be changed in our main reservations system and therefore cannot be amended online, for example:

  • Different quantities of people and vehicles are travelling on each of the journeys booked.

  • The Blue Badge discount rate has been applied to your booking.

  • The vehicle type booked is not compatible with online bookings (e.g. commercial vehicle).

If you are unable to amend your booking online, please call our customer advisors on 0800 066 5000 and they will be happy to assist you.
