I have asked my details to be saved through a telephone booking but never activated my account, will my bookings still display in my account once I activate it?


Yes, once you have activated your account by following the instructions on the activation email, any bookings you have made with our advisors will be displayed in your account. Just make sure you always tell our advisors that you have an account when you call.

Does the activation email expire?
