I made my booking via telephone and asked your advisor to set up an account for me, but I haven't activated it yet. Will my bookings be visible once I log in?


Yes, once you activate your account, and have used the same email for your bookings as you have for registering for an online account, any bookings you have made will be available in 'My journeys' area of your online account. 

However, if your activation email has expired (this expires after 14 days from receiving the email), you can complete the registration form again, and activate your account by clicking the link we'll send to your email.  

If you can't see your booking(s), change the date period at the top of 'My journeys' and check the toggle function on the page is selected to 'Active'.
