Do I need to print/receive my tickets in advance?

No. Your eTicket will be within your email and available on your online account. 

Wherever possible, bring your eTicket on your device. When you present it at the port or onboard, the QR code will be scanned by our port staff or crew. This is the quickest and easiest way for our teams to get you on board, especially during busy periods.   

If you don't have your device with you, or have run low on power, please speak with the port staff or vessel staff where appropriate, and quote your reference number or personal details. They will be able to locate you on the system and print your tickets.
