The journey begins in style at the exclusive Guest Lounge at London Euston, available to guests staying in Caledonian Double or Club En-Suite rooms. Here, travellers can relax with complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks—or order a freshly prepared meal from the menu featuring classic Scottish dishes such as haggis, neeps, and tatties. A curated selection of Scottish whiskies, local beers, and a refreshing Caledonian Sleeper Gin and tonic rounds out the offering.
Guests are welcomed onboard by friendly hosts, with priority boarding available for those in premium rooms. Room options include the Caledonian Double and Club En-Suite rooms, which feature private showers and toilets; Classic rooms with interconnecting doors ideal for families; accessible twin or double rooms; and a budget-friendly Seated Coach. Even in the seated coach, thoughtful details like USB ports, tray tables, and adjustable lighting ensure comfort throughout the journey.
All rooms are equipped with handcrafted Glencraft mattresses, in-room washbasins, complimentary sleep kits, Wi-Fi, temperature controls, dimmable lighting, and charging outlets—designed for a peaceful night’s sleep.
