A82 CORRYCHURRACHAN, NIGHTTIME ROAD CLOSURES
Tuesday 28th May to Monday 10th June
BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, will be undertaking essential carriageway resurfacing works on the A82 Corrychurrachan. Due to the nature of the works, it will be necessary to close the A82 trunk road in both directions each night from the evening of Tuesday 28th May to the morning of Monday 10th June, a total of 9 nights. No work will be undertaken on Friday or Saturday nights. The road will be closed each night between 20:00pm to 06:00am. Amnesty periods will be in place where work on site will be temporarily suspended and vehicles will then be escorted through site, which will operate at the following times: 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 2am and 4am. The road closure will be removed out with working hours, however a 30mph speed limit and warning signs will remain in place, as traffic will be travelling over a temporary road surface. Access through the works site for emergency services will be always maintained.
