How to enable push notifications on the CalMac App

Method 1: Enabling notifications when saving a favourite route

• Select a favourite route: On the home screen, tap "My Routes" and "Add Route."

• Choose your departure and destination ports.

• Enable notifications: Toggle on "Push Notifications."

• Tap "Allow" when prompted.

• Save the route: Tap "Save" to add the route to your favourites.

Method 2: Enabling notifications for a specific route

• Navigate to the route: Tap the "Services" tab at the bottom of the screen.

• Select the desired route.

• Follow the route: Tap "Follow the route to receive live updates."

• Enable notifications: Ensure the "Receive notifications" toggle is on.

• Save the route: Tap "Save" to add the route to your favourites and enable notifications.
