How do travel trade customers without a credit account pay for a booking?
Payment for customers without a credit account is due at the time of booking.
If you book by phone with the National Accounts team payment can be made by credit or debit card. We accept the following payment methods across our fleet and network: MasterCard, Visa, Apple, Google and Samsung Pay. We do not accept American Express.
We do not accept cheques, and as of March 2022, no longer accept gift vouchers.
