Outside Seating

Q. What are outside tickets?

A. Outside tickets are for outdoor seating only.

They will be available on our crossings from Ardrossan - Brodick, Oban - Craignure and Wemyss Bay - Rothesay from 3 July 2020.

A limited number of outside tickets may be available on the day of travel for these routes -available from the port of departure. They will only be available after indoor capacity has been filled and will be dependent on weather forecasts. For this reason, in circumstances where outside tickets are available, they will be sold on a one-way basis.

There may be days when it's not appropriate to offer passengers outside tickets.

Q. If I have an outside ticket. Can I use the indoor facilities?

A. Yes, you can use indoor facilities - like toilets - but you must always maintain social distancing rules. After using indoor facilities on the vessel, you must then return to your outdoor seat.

Q. If I have an outside ticket, can I sit inside?

A. The outside ticket will grant you access to external areas only.
