I'm travelling with my bike; do I need to do anything different?

Yes. Across every route, customers will need to add bike(s) to bookings, - meaning that you have more certainty about space. This ticket will remain free of charge.  

If you're a foot passenger travelling with a bike, add a bicycle to your booking. Your reservation will be for a passenger(s) and bicycle(s).  

If you're travelling in a vehicle with a bike rack, add a bike rack to your booking. Your reservation will be for passenger(s), vehicle(s) and bike racks - but you don't need to add the number of bikes separately.
