Standard Tickets

Single tickets

You can pre-purchase tickets online in advance of travel, across our routes. You'll immediately receive an eTicket direct to your inbox. Each eTicket has a QR code, meaning you'll instantly be ready to board. There's no need to print at home or collect tickets from the port, eTickets can be scanned from your device.  

You can also still purchase tickets via telephone, port offices and from our vessel staff, where relevant.  

Single tickets on bookable routes  

Single tickets are valid for travel in one direction, and only for the date and route printed on them.   

Return tickets on bookable routes  

Single, round trip and multiple trip tickets for bookable routes will be valid for the specific sailing that you have booked. 

Customers can also amend bookings free of charge up to check-in closing, and this can be done online.

Turn up and Go tickets 

Turn up and Go tickets are 'open' tickets purchased for a chosen departure date, valid for the season in which you've purchased it, but it won't have a specific sailing time.  

10 journey tickets  

10 journey tickets will be available for every Turn up and Go route, valid for the season in which you've purchased. They can be purchased online in eTicket form and accessible through your online account and from our port and vessels in paper form.  

10-journey tickets for the next timetable period will be available for sale close to the beginning of the forthcoming timetable period. Please remember that they cannot be used until the new timetable period begins. For summer 2024, this will run from 29 March - 20 October 2024.

Ticket validity - When making your purchase for Turn Up and Go routes - specifically single, return and journeys on 10 journey tickets, please keep in mind that these tickets are valid for the season in which you've purchased them. They cannot be amended and cannot be used outside the timetable period you have bought them in. They are also non-refundable. For 10 journey tickets specifically, select the W23 product if you plan to use these by 28 March 2024.
