If you require a refund due to Covid-19 cancellations you can submit a refund application with our online refund form. Please note - There is no need to complete the form if you have already emailed us for a refund. We are working hard to process refunds, and this may take up to 21 working days. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within five working days of receipt and replied to within 21 working days of its acknowledgement. If it is not possible to respond fully to your complaint within 21 working days, you will be informed in writing at that point of the reasons for delay and the likely timescale for a resolution.
