Customer update - Further information on Uig Harbour, 21 December 2023

We are pleased to share that Highland Council has confirmed that Uig Harbour is operationally ready to resume services - this means our Uig-Tarbert/Uig-Lochmaddy sailings can return to normal service from tomorrow (Friday 22 December 2023). The first sailing will be the 0730 Lochmaddy -  Uig. 

Timetables for the service from 22 December are listed below. Please do continue to check the Service Status and Information pages for each route, as per the update to customers on 19 December, adverse weather is forecast over the next week and unfortunately, at this time of year, we do expect this to disrupt some of our services.

The Caledonian MacBrayne team look forward to welcoming all our customers back on board. We appreciate the closure period has been a testing time for our communities, businesses and customers and thank you for your continued patience and support.  

Our fares and retrospective refunds page on our website will remain available to support those who may have been affected previously by the closure. The retrospective refund process will remain in place until 22 February 2024.
