Customer update - Public drop-in event for Islay residents 

We will be holding a public drop-in event for Islay residents on Thursday 5 October. The drop-in event will be held from 4pm - 7pm at Ionad Chaluim Chille Ìle (Islay Gaelic Centre). 

Local residents are invited to join senior CalMac staff to ask any questions they may have in relation to its services.  

CalMac representatives in attendance at this event will include: 

• Robbie Drummond, Chief Executive

• Louis de Wolff, Director of Standards and Performance 

• Graeme Baillie, Head of Governance, Risk and Assurance

• Donna Lockhart, Area Operations Manager (Argyll) 

• Dave Gannon, Executive Chef
