10 Requesting Your Personal Information
10.1 Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information held about you.
10.2 You should submit your request in writing, stating the personal information you require.
10.3 The request may be subject to a small fee of up to £10.
10.4 You should supply appropriate evidence of your identity (a copy of a photo driving licence, or copy of your passport photograph page)

We will provide the personal information you request within 40 calendar days of the date we receive (a) the fee, if we require one, and; (b) all the information we need to help us find the personal information. Where we do not have all the information we need to help us find the personal information, we will write to you asking for more information.
11 Data Retention Period
We will retain any stored information for a period of up to 4 years. At which point we will contact you to request permission to continue to retain your information. If we do not obtain this then we will ensure to destroy the information held.
