I am being discharged from a mainland hospital and need to return home to the island at short notice, what should I do?

If there is no availability to book your vehicle on a specific sailing, please call the Customer Engagement Centre on 0800 066 5000 and we will be able to advise you on the correct procedure. We need your information before we can confirm that you will be able to be re-imbursed for your taxi costs.
