Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 10 minutes for foot passengers - otherwise space will be reallocated. Late check-in may also lead to the vehicle being refused carriage.
Plan ahead. To guarantee travel, we strongly advise all passengers make a reservation prior to travel - even if you're a foot passenger.
Campervans/Motorhomes - At the request of Argyll & Bute Council, we have been asked to advise our customers, at time of booking a campervan/motorhome to Islay, that they are required to secure a pitch for their vehicle on the island in advance of travelling. Please ensure you have agreed overnight provisions prior to travel to the islands.

For the most up to date timetable for Port Askaig (Islay) - Feolin (Jura), please visit Jura ferry . This is a turn up and go service but Argyll and Bute Council would recommend that you buy your tickets in advance online and arrive at the port no later than 20 minutes before departure.
