Important information for drivers of vehicles of 22 tonnes or over - if you are planning to travel on this service between 21 September - 12 October, with a vehicle of 22 tonnes or over, please contact our port office in Uig on 01470 220116 (option 2) at least 24 hours prior to travel.
Purchase your ticket online in advance of travel - even if you're a foot passenger. When you pre-purchase a ticket for this route, you'll be purchasing an 'open' ticket, although the system asks you for a chosen departure date, your ticket is valid only for the season in which you've purchased it, and it won't have a specific sailing time.
Travelling with a bike - If you're travelling as a foot passenger and bringing your bike, please add your bike(s) to your transaction - this applies to foot passengers. This ticket will remain free of charge.
Concessions and blue badge holders - Blue Badge concessions are now available online, meaning they'll be applied to your ticket. This is an alternative to visiting the port office / speaking with staff. Please continue to carry your concession card or equivalent when you travel.
Check-in is 10 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and passengers. Late check-in may lead to the vehicle being refused carriage.
